Oil Your Grill with an Onion

Cut an onion in half and stick a meat fork firmly into the root end. Use the cut side of the onion to clean and oil the grill for meats and veggies before and after cooking.

You can keep a small bowl of oil to recoat the onion and to hold it when not in use to keep the oil from making a mess.

This will add flavor to your food and help to keep food from sticking.
